  The nicest, professional company I've dealt with in a long time. I called about my hot water tank leaking and they were here within an hr. And they are already out picking one up to replace it and l know it NEEDED to be replaced. Thank you so much Ram!

  Called for an appointment because our furnace had stopped working around 1130pm and was told that an on call tech would be contacting us shortly, after we were not contacted over and hour later we called back and were told that the message just had been passed on to an on call tech and they would be calling us in a few minutes .... No one ever called us back. No heat on one of the coldest nights we've had this winter so far and no one bothered to return our call. If a 24/7 service is not available for a night maybe let your customers know.

  Very impressed with the service I received from Ram Mechanical. They replaced my 41 year old furnace. I did not need a new furnace, just a valve replacement and they were more than willing to do just that. They did not try to talk me in to getting a new furnace. I made that decision on my own, based on the age of my furnace. That in itself says a lot about a company. The price was the most reasonable of other companies and there were no hidden costs. The clean up the guys did was far more than I expected. I would highly recommend them.
