  Good service. Room smelled of smoke, mentioned it to front desk, so I did not get blamed for smoking in the room. They apologized profusely and upgraded me to a king room on the fifth floor. Great breakfast in the morning.

  Excellent service. Friendly and supportive. Restaurant was under renovations so I can't speak to it. The Continental breakfast was really shockingly good- normal options but actually well prepared. Elevator is REALLY slow, but it works. I was in a business class Queen equipped room and it was very well appointed. I could definitely have stayed for a longer visit- the kitchenette would keep me from eating out all the time. The room had nice reading lights and lamps but kind of seemed lacking in light because of the lack of an overhead light option. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was nice. Had a decent tv, a microwave and toaster oven and the usual fridge and a sink. Very nice. I'll definitely be coming back here on trips to Fort McMurray.

  They would not accept cash payment & charge the damage deposit on my credit card. They would not take a cash damage deposit Ethier. Vantage suites across the road is great tho.
