  These guys are an embarassement to hvac company’s, hire them to install a fireplace they damage parts the first time had to fire that employee sent another tech to install new parts I ordered the fireplace would not stay lit, I got every possible problem in the book, they even propped up a blow off hatch on their last visit which was filling my basement with carbon monoxide and tried to charge me 2 hours extra @140$/hr for it after 3 months of returning I had to hire extreme heat and it was a simple fix got finished in 2 hrs.

  I had them help in our kitchen renovation and replacing a hot water tank. I found them to be very skilled at their jobs and extremely easy to deal with. They communicated everything to me and were very punctual. I found even their front office staff were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.

  Tthe service at the store was so genuine, polite and knowledgable. Even though they were fully booked for the day, they still managed to get someone over to my place that day to fix the problem with my toilet. Great service all around.

  It's garbage, not a service. Call them if you want to waste your money. Wishing them out of business, and hoping that my 370$ will be -370,000$ for them. Useless plumbers. They didn't fix anything but charged for 3 hours.

  Over priced service. If you want to pay 250-300 for a 15 minute job then by all means call them.
