  only people at this store at 10am and we’re told that the only sales person here is on a conference call for about an hour and no one else is able to help us. We just want to know the price of a table and not one of the three people working in the store are able to tell us any information.

  Happy with the service receive here. My partner and I got a really great deal on a mattress/box spring set and a 6 piece bedroom set. Very happy with the amazing deal we got and they sales reps were fairly friendly and helpful.

  Iggloo freezer. After spending around 10 grand refurnishing my home after the wild fire. My $200 freezer died within a month of purchasing it. And nobody would fix or replace it. After meny trips to inquire about my freezer and hours wasted talking and e-mailing iggloo. And after three months of promises to replace it I had no choice but to cut my loss and dump the freezer back where I bought it. They do not help with warranty. Rip offs. Don't shop there and don't wast money on worthless warranties. They do nothing. You would think after a major disaster and making a massive fortune because most people replaced everything that they would eat the loss and replace my $200 freezer. But no...

  Overall great experience! Everything arrived on time and was in perfect condition. All staff were helpful and polite especially the man at the loading bay he was awesome. We will buy from The Brick Again!

  My worst experience. My order was not delivered the time frame they said they will. Customer service rep was rude. I will never shop at tte brick fort mc. You just lost a long time customer. This is my second worst experience .
