  Had a very bad experience going to this clinic. The staff is bad mouth and not respectful to the patients at all. They were not giving answers to my questions. When I said that reviews about the staff are poor online and maybe they should do something about it. The receptionist said they don’t care.

  worst office ever, told the doctor i needed insulin. im new to fort mcmurray, he said how am i supposed to know if your a diabetic... so i checked my blood sugar 23.6... Not sure what the big deal is. im just looking for a doctor in town. he said Im sorry im not going to help you. You need to go to edmonton and get your medical records. I said my doctors office is closed.. he said well you need to find your records.. I CAN WALK INTO ANY PHARMACY AND GET INSULIN.. why are you not helping me. he wouldnt even do blood work. he was so hard to talk to and i like to think im very nice and respectful but honestly DO NOT GO HERE

  I called two times today to make an appointment and receptionist put me on hold for 15 minutes each time. The office is never that busy that she cannot get back to someone within that time limit...two times.

  Worst staff ever. The receptionist is an ignorant idiot who is not helpful at all. Constantly giving attitude and acting sassy. I have been with this doctor for several years and have only been able to see him a few times because his receptionist doesn’t know how to do her job.
