    Great help from the counter staff....no problem to order something in if they didn't have it in stock ...had what I needed so good to go ..nice selection of mid quality tools lots of stuff ..I just needed a socket

    Knowledgeable staff, good stock of parts, and they can bring in pretty much anything you need. If you are buying tools here be sure to ask about the G2S catalogue. Very good prices.

    Extremely rude behaviour by the bearded person wearing cowboy hat (could not get his name) at NAPA front counter. Reached 15 minutes before close; either he was very tired or he does not like coloured person. Advice to everybody - Never purchase car battery from them since they do not comply with the warranty period. Negative STAR (if possible).
