  I am re-reviewing this company. After having a bad review the manager Mike Brown at legacy dodge spoke with me and I could not be happier. He was a great person to deal with on the phone and in person. He worked very hard at making sure my issues I previously had with the dealership were resolved. I could not be happier with the results. I do not know if it is new personnel/training or management, but I am VERY happy with the service at dodge now. I previously was going to go to Edmonton for my future shopping needs with dodge, however after my recent experience I will be keeping my business local here at legacy dodge. I would highly recommend them in the future to everyone and if you had a bad experience in the past like I have, you should really give them another chance. There new way of doing business has completely changed my previous negative opinion to a 100% positive one. Thank you again Mike for all your help and keep up the great work!

  The salesman started out asking for my personal information prior to even seeing if there was a vehicle I wanted. I was looking for a used truck and wanted to see if there was a truck I would be interested in. He wanted my social insurance number which I refused to give.

  My fiance and I bought a used car from here; Cody was our sales person. He was not pushy and he and his manager were very upfront, honest and fair. Cody has continued to ensure we are happy with our car; checking in every now and then. Very happy with the service we received. They also have two amazingly delicious coffee machines that I look forward to when we have needed to go it. Thank you Legacy and Cody for giving us exceptional service!

  I live out of town now, but have come back purposely to this dealership to purchase a second car. The staff is awesome. I dealt with Mike and Lindsay both times for my wife's car and then mine. They were honest, helpful and no time was I pressured to make a purchase. They were legitimately looking out for my families best interest, financially and with safety in mind. My Journey Crossroad is awesome and has by far been my best purchase yet. Thanks!
