  I’ve been going to Stillbrook for many years now. The therapist is see is very good. The hot tub is never hot since it was switched to a salt water tub. Which is disappointing because that was the main reason I started going there. The rooms are clean but on the cold side. Overall I really like my therapist and that is what keeps me coming back. I’ve also had a pedicure and body wrap which were both amazing.

  "So I almost never rant on Facebook but this is a must! I was given a gift card for Stillbrook spa in fort mcmurray for Christmas because I wanted to get my eyelashes done. I just called to make an appointment and the women said we dint offer that service. I said oh it's still in your brochure I just got this yesterday. She said do you not listen we do not offer it. I asked why are you being so rude I was just pit ting out its in there and this was a gift for that reason. She said I need to learn to ask questions before I buy things.( this was a gift from my aunt) I explained we both go there all the time I wanted to speak to the manager because I couldn't believe the way this woman was talking to me. She is the manager. She wouldn't give me her name she said for me not to go in Facebook or the internet with this complaint."

  Apparently not all the massage therapists meat the Alberta requirements, meaning their services are not covered by insurance. Of course only found this out after the fact when my insurance didn't cover the claim. Not impressed.

  Great people, and even better massages. Don't know what I would do without my monthly visit here to get everything put back where it belongs. Reasonable booking times, can usually get in in a day or two from when you call. Pricing is reasonable as well.

  Went there for my birthday as my husband booked me a massage and facial as a surprise. When he called to book he explained what he wanted to do and once the girl booked him in she said "ok thanks bye" before he could attempt to pay for my visit. Not that big a deal in the long run but annoying....anyways I got there 15 minutes early as they normally ask you to...I sat waiting, and waiting, and waiting....my masseuse never showed. I was given a free half hour massage for my next visit and a trial of facial oil... GREAT. Super annoying about the massage but had a great facial with Maria hence the two stars.
