  Waited far too long for our entrees in the restaurant. Waitress didn't even come to explain why we had to wait for so long for our meals until 45 minutes after eating our appetizers. Then we ordered another drink and proceeded to wait 45 minutes more with another apology to wait further. Finally the manager came out and did nothing to give any recompense. The only reason I give 2 stars is the food, if on time is good, but only delivered in a timely manner in the lounge. Won't eat in the restaurant side again. There were people in there after us who had eaten and paid their bills while we waited. Unsatisfied completely.

  Excellent steak house ! They took the steak salad off the menu but accommodated our request, and service is always top in the city. Keep up the good work Keg !

  This Keg provides the level service you would expect from the Keg; place is clean, severs are friendly and check up on you often. The meals are well prepared, and look great. Noticed lots of families with young kids. This is great to see. Parking is not much of an issue; parking across the street and beside the building. Long main entrance to keep you warm when there is a wait. Hosts are quick to greet you and walk you to your table when available.

  The lighting is dim for that romantic feel. Servers know the menu options and explain how the food will be prepared. Sound like a solid dining experience for Travellers and the Fort Mac Strong.
