  I don't mind bad pizza every now and then, but this pizza is awful at this location pepperoni burnt to a crisp.

  My experience with Pizza Hut downtown, I ordered a well done pizza and received an undercooked Pizza I called back so they could bring me another Pizza that I could actually eat they said it would be a rush order and by the time it got here or so the email said I waited about 20 minutes after I had a notification telling me it had arrived. upon arrival the man handed the pizza just passed it in a aggressive Manner and left without saying anything... my opinion on unprofessional, and rude... atleast the man who took my complaint call was nice...

  Consistently pumps out good pizza, and if they get it wrong.... Always willing to make it right!
