  the incompetence of the staff is all most unbelievable. had to go in three separate occasions to pay one bill. first time they didn't charge my card at all so I got a truck load for free second time only charged half the order and finally on the third time they might have gotten it right we shall wait and see if they call me to come back. Staff seems uninterested to help at the contractor desk. just all around unorganized, incompetent and rude from the managers down... unfortunately our other hardware stores are no better.....

  1 checkout open of 7 on a Saturday. 10 customers in lineup. Dropped my order and left. This is a last resort stop

  Very poor customer service during a few visits. Staff associate was helping and left to answer a phone call and didn't return.

  Last time I was in one of the people on the floor suggested I buy a puck light that was an extension for another primary item. When I opened the box it was obvious that there was another piece required. I went back to buy the primary fixture and couldn't find one. I asked for help finding it and the employe that was available to help began digging through phone cables. Makes me question if their floor staff actually gets any training at all.
