    One of the best banks by far in Fort McMurray. Customer Service is top notch. Staff is friendly and greets you with a smile. There is often free food available for snacking, popcorn and/or cookies and coffee. MOST importantly though, they qualified me for all the credit products I needed when other banks did not. 5 Stars!

    Staff greats you with a smile even though there are 10 people waiting and only 1 staff on the counter. They do not approve you for even pre paid credit cards to help build your credit even though you've banked with them for 2 years... thumbs down from me if you dont beilive me ive just gone to the bank today and sure enough a 20 minute wait line of people and only 2 tellers. I asked recptionist and i was told they are the only 2 tellers that are working today. Ive added a photo if you dont beilive me check it.
